Refund policy
Refunds are only issued for items that arrive damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in so we can file a claim with the carrier.
Once the damage is verified, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
Creatures & Cuties is not responsible for packages marked delivered by USPS. If a package is stolen after delivery, customers must contact USPS or file a local theft repo
Because many of our pieces are handmade and limited edition, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for other reasons such as change of mind.
